Weight Control Programme – 4th key element

So here we are day four and the final key element of the programme.  Its time to consider all four elements and decide if now is the right time for you to take control…

Supportnoun – a thing that bears the weight of something or keeps it upright.  Verb –bear all or part of the weight of; hold up.  In the case of your programme the support is not going to be from a thing or somebody that will bear all, but from a support structure which will consist of you and the people around you such as family, friends or work colleagues plus Eat Well to live well.  Changing habits can be achieved but having a good support network around you will help you through when perhaps your own strength has taken a break.  The programme itself will also provide you with the structure, guidance and support you need to take control of your weight.  This will include an initial consultation, where you will be weighed, a full body composition will be recorded, and your goals will be set.   We will discuss and agree the structure of your programme into which a schedule will be created for regular meet ups, either in clinic or online, whichever suits you best as well as designing your own meal plans.  Cooking tips, recipes and a whole lot more will also be available.  The programme can run for as long as you need it but for old habits to be broken and new ones to be permanently in place it should be considered for a minimum of six weeks. If you are interested in creating your own weight control programme then do please get in touch, I am here to be the first part of the framework.
