Day 3 and the 3rd key element…

Restverb –a doing word or in this case not doing, as it means to cease work or movement in order to relax, refresh oneself, or recover strength.   As a noun –an instance or period of relaxing or ceasing to engage in strenuous or stressful activity.    Rest, sleep or meditation whatever you chose is going to be important.  This is when the body gets a chance to recover, a good night sleep has been shown to help with weight loss or management, so creating a good sleep/night time routine will be part of the programme.  Also taking time out in the day to rest or mediate also helps to refocus the mind, gives you time to reflect on our choices and decisions.
